Catholic Institute of Sydney is 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from Strathfield Station. Albert Road begins on the southern side of the station and runs west
Registration fee: $80 ($50 students); includes morning/afternoon teas and lunch. A conference dinner will be held at 6.00pm after the conference - separate booking required.
The theme allows for a variety of issues, including: church-state relations; the place of the churches, individuals and their faith in public life; advocacy for religious and social justice objectives; church involvement in politics, education, healthcare, social welfare, the mass media. While the Society presumes that most papers would have a Catholic context, we welcome papers on the theme which deal with other religious groups.
